Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing the Web Site, the User agrees that its use of, and content of, the Web Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada. The User furthermore agrees and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.

Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, in its sole discretion, without notice to User. In the event of termination, User is no longer permitted to use the Web Site. Provider assumes no liability for such termination.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Provider and User pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between Provider and User.
